HOA Rules and Policies
General Rules
- Speed Limit - 10mph. Traffic is one way.
- Dogs are allowed but must be on a leash not to exceed six feet and are subject to Phoenix Barking or Howling Dog Policy.
- BoD will conduct periodic inspections of visible home maintenance and front yards.

Vehicle Policy
- Vehicles are to be parked under carport roofs.
- Up to two additional vehicles may be parked in driveway if long enough.
- Storing unused vehicles, trailers, RVs, etc is prohibited.
